AOne Bazaar ("we", "us", "our") runs a supermarket, kirana store and cafe in Lahideeh, Azamgarh, and takes orders through this website and WhatsApp. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, and how we use it.
Phone number — used to sign you in and identify your orders. We don't ask for a password; your phone number is your account.
Name and delivery address — entered by you at checkout, used to fulfil your order.
Order history — what you've ordered, when, and how much you paid.
Wishlist and reviews — products you've saved or rated, tied to your account.
Strictly to run the store: processing and delivering your orders, showing you your own order history and wishlist, replying to reviews, and contacting you on WhatsApp about an order you've placed. We do not use your information for anything else.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not send marketing messages unless you've asked us to.
We do not store your UPI PIN, card numbers or banking passwords — these never pass through our systems.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time — just message us on WhatsApp or call us.
