Terms & Conditions

These terms apply whenever you order from AOne Bazaar (Lahideeh, Azamgarh) through this website or via WhatsApp. Placing an order means you agree to them.

Orders

The minimum order amount and delivery charge shown at checkout apply to every order — both can change from time to time; whatever's shown when you check out is what applies to that order.
An order is confirmed only once we receive it on WhatsApp along with your payment screenshot. Adding items to your cart doesn't reserve stock.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item has run out after you ordered, or the delivery address is outside our service area — in which case any amount already paid is refunded in full.

Pricing

Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep prices accurate, but if a genuine pricing error appears on the site, we'll contact you before processing the order rather than honour the incorrect price.

Payment

Orders above the minimum amount require a UPI payment (half or the full amount, your choice) at checkout, with the balance — if any — payable in cash on delivery. Your order is processed once we've verified your payment screenshot on WhatsApp.

Delivery

We deliver within our local service area around Lahideeh, Azamgarh. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — they can be affected by weather, traffic, or order volume. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Product information

Product photos are representative; actual packaging, brand, or weight may vary slightly depending on what's in stock, especially for fresh produce. We'll always try to substitute like-for-like and let you know if we have to.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. We're not responsible for a failed or delayed delivery caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number.

Liability

We aim to deliver every order correctly and on time, but our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order — see our Refund & Returns Policy for how we put that right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect how the store actually operates. Continuing to order from us after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.
